Multiple Network Connection Management

Specs: Windows 7
My computer is connected to two gateways, both are completely separate connections and have their own connection to the Internet. One connection is wired, and the other is wireless.

Is it possible to have one connection be used for downloading, and the other be used for browsing the Internet, games, etc, so there would be much less lag than downloading and browsing/gaming on a single Internet connection?

How would I set up my Internet browser or game executable to use a specific connection?

you cannot do that. Windows will only use one Gateway at a time, the other will just be ignored.

Then is there anyway that my computer can combine the two connections?
