I use Internet Connection of 56kbps. I have MSN Messenger 2009. I found the problem that is the voice is sent as .wav format of 256 kbps Bitrate and thats why, it doesnt work. so, I need some way to change the format of the voice like converting it to 48kbps bitrate of 22000KHz frequency. I use 5.1 Realtek HD Soundcard and everything about my pc is fine. All I need to change the format. How can I change them??? Plz hurry
