Try using a USB memory stick. If the computers are networked, transfer files between eachother.

Next time you want to post a question, be more specific. We don't know if you're having problems moving files or you really don't know how to use blank CD/DVD's or memory sticks.

See help and support pages in xp. Look for things like home networking walkthrough and other keywords.
