OS: windows 98
CPU/Ram: 64MB, 266mhz
Comment:

If I put 2 ethernet card on one file server will it have more bandwidth to send and recive files from it

The answer is no.

But that depends on configuration. Adapter teaming is a way to double the bandwidth but it requires a switch that supports it.

You can also divide a network into two subnets with a nic for each subnet. Use vlans or different physical switches in this case.

If you use linux you can use eth bonding feature for this.
