New outgoing emails in Outlook Express are now partly off-screen - how can I regain the state where ALL NEWLY opened outgoing emails open to the full screen ?

Try the auto adjust button on your monitor.

I agree that Networking is not appropriate, but it is closer to my topic than any of the other categories.
Misalignment is not to the monitor, but to the underlying maximally opened OutLook Express window - what is misalgned is all newly opened email forms, about to be filled in and sent. I can align them myself by clicking on the Maximise button in the top right corner, but I'd like to return to the state where that happens automatically and I don't have to click that button.
