My emails are not being sent POP3 failed, is there a troubleshoot, autofix website i can go to to help me?

You may do better by contacting your ISP, or just use web-based email.

ISP = Internet Service Provider

POP3 (Post Office Protocol) is for retrieving Emails from a Mail server with a Mail Client like Outlook.

SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is used for sending Email.
