i have two machine connected to a router to the internet.

i have mapped a few network drive in both machine.

but i am having one problem.

on machine 1: p2/400, winxp pro
after i have mapped two drives from machine 2,
i can access those two drives instantly all the time.

but on machine 2: athlon 2600+, winxp pro
after i have mapped two drives from machine 1,
the drives will disconnected periodically,
and everything time when i try to reconnect it,
it will take quite awhile (like 1 min) to reconnect.

does anyone know why and how to resolve this?

thx
