I'm new to networking but have set up my 3 PC's on a LAN with no problems. What I want to know is, is it possible to map a network drive on my main PC, and install my multiplayer games to that network drive and then have my other 2 pcs run the game from that drive??? I'm only asking because I'm sick of keeping 3 installations of Half Life (+MODS!!) + other games updated, when hopefully I can get away with just keeping 1 copy of each game updated! If its possible, can I expect any problems?? any loss of performance?? etc..

(All win98se) (P3 733(133), 128mb(133), 35Gb HD, Voodoo 5) (P2 400, 160mb, 10Gb HD,Voodoo 3) (P2 400, 128Mb, 10Gb HD, ATI Rage Pro+Voodoo2)
