Map network drives for all users

I'm running a small LAN with two machines running Win XP Pro and one running Win98. User profiles seem to store their own information about the mapped network drives. Is it possible to map a drive at logon for all users of a machine without having to set them up separately? I have a feeling that this is either really easy or impossible and probably involves the registry.

You can make a batch file using the Net Use command. net use X:\computername\sharename
Substitute the drive letter you want to use for the X. If your share uses a password, put the password after the sharename. Make a seperate line for each mapped drive you need.
On the 98 machines place the batch file in windows directory. Create a shortcut to the batch file and copy it to the Windows\all users\start menu\programs\startup dir..
On the XP machine under the Documents and Settings directory their should be an All Users directory. Place the shortcut into the Startup directory. Put the batch file into the WINNT dir. Should do what you want. You will have to remove the mapped drives each user has now or they will conflict.
