hi,
First I would like everyone for reading and helping me out with my situation. I am currently running a webserver (IIS) on Windows 2000. I would like to know, what kind vulnerabilities are out there and how can i check my server for them. Also, after finding out the vulnerabilities I would like to patch , if possible.

Thank You.

Try Secunia. Always keep a third party resource. You can sign up for updates from Microsoft's Security Bulletin.
