Dear helper,
Somebody know how to make 1 ip can redirect to any random ips?
Example for IRC network ip such as irc.dal.net. irc.dal.net can redirect to any random *.dal.net by detecting MOST nearest area with them.
Example again, 2 IRC servers are hosted at X and Y country. Y country (server hosted at Y country) is nearest to Z country except X server. If somebody (user) from Z country want to connect to irc.dal.net, irc.dal.net will redirect to server hosted at Y server because this user that from Z country is the most nearest to Y country.
So, how to make it? I want to make it to static and dynamic ips.
