Does anyone know if there is a way to trace a MAC address back to an IP address. I have a lot of traffic coming from certain MAC addresses on the network. Any help on this would be appreciated.

What program are you using to monitor your network. Most programs usually associate the MAC address with the proper IP address automatically. Maybe you just need to enable the correct setting.

check your arp cache
arp -a
if that doesnt work, use a network scanner to do a ping sweep of all available ip's on your subnet. then check arp cache again, it will have the ip and associated mac address of every host on your subnet (that respond to ping of course)
