I lost my ID so I can schedule exams through Prometric 2 days ago and still have had no response.
If I re-sign up. What would happen to my information from my other account?

I'm not sure but you should really contact them. They'll have records of all your info including your ID number. If you can't get through by email look for a phone number on their web site. You could also call your local Prometric testing center and explain to them and ask if they can help you locate your ID number. If you've ever written any other prometric exams there, they should have it on record.

My question is did you pay for your exam sitting? If you paid and did not show then you may have to forfeit your payment. From what I remember some Prometric testing centers are independent and all they get is an e-mail of who and when a test is scheduled, then the night before a download of the exam materials into the testing computer. You should call the testing center, where you registered for the test, and Prometric themselves. All three may have different parts of your records.

I haven't registered for the test yet. They ask me for a Prometric ID, but I can't remeber it. I give them my email to send it to me, but it says it can't find my account.
What I was asking was do I have to re-register? What would happen to my records and what-not?

Well, if prometric has no records then I can't imagine there would be any problem with reregistering. However, if you've previously written and passed previous certs with prometric it could be very hard to prove you have those cert's if they have no records.
You should have received a card in the mail from prometric for each and every cert passed and the card(s) will have your number on them.
