every time i connect the modem to router i encountered problems about the signal of internet i always losing the signal of internet..how can i connect to have a signal from modem to router?

Are you using a straight thru [patch] cable and not a crossover?

What do you mean by you lose signal? Lights go out?

Does it work if you direct connect a pc to the modem?
