The question is, can I use a local Printer, which is over a local LAN, if Im connected via VPN to an another network ?
If YES, how can I use the local printer without disconnecting VPN ?
Thanks.

Short answer? Nope. Not unless you share the printer and are able to add it to the remote computer.

Your network administrator needs to enable "split tunnelling" on the VPN server. Split Tunnelling allows local traffic (and internet traffic) to traverse the local network, and only sends traffic destined for the remote network over the VPN tunnel. You can't enable this on the client side, it must be enabled on the server side.
