i wish to bond 2 internet connections from the
same provider to provide a single fast internet
service for my business. i am using a
windows 2003 server and the access is a
cellular based 3g umts modem, how can this
be achieved

If you are looking to double the speed, I doubt in can be done but a dual WAN router is probably what you want, either way.
