Hi,

I recently got the Linksys SPA2100 adapter for an IP-phone setup. As I'm currently on an UNI network I'm required to set the adapter in bridge-mode for it to work.

This is all fine, the problem is that the setup only works for a limited time (like an hour) after which I'm unable to access the internet/phone.

This happened twice now. After talking to support yesterday, and setting the adapter in bridge mode I was able to access the internet via the adapter (though the phone was still not working). The net-connection lasted for less than two hours before I was disconnected without any apparent reason.

Today I went to my university support; double checked everything; put the adapter in bridge mode yet again; and got both the internet and the phone working. At home this lasted for approx. 45 min before losing connection/phone.

Currently I can't even access the "web-based setup page" of the adapter (which I could earlier).

I'm clueless when it comes to networking and this just seems flat out weird. It worked fine, I even made a call, some time later I'm disconnected for no apparent reason and I fail to regain this connection...

Could the adapter have problems with saving the new settings somehow ? Any other ideas?

Answers are much appreciated =)
