Hi all,
I have a Linksys WRT54GS Router/WAP setup on my cable modem. My desktop has a WMP54GS wireless nic installed and I can see the router and get out to the internet with an open and unsecure connection, which is fine for me since no one in my neighborhood has any other wireless networks going on.
I also have an acer c301XCi tablet/laptop with a Intel PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI NIC built into it and I can see the default network SSID called linksys, but i cannot connect to it.
Has anyone experienced any problems with this? Thanks for any help.
