Ok-
So heres my situation. I already had a wired linksys router a long time ago and it always dropped my connection, on and off. So I got a d-link and it has always worked fine. Last month I got a dell laptop, so I wanted to install wireless. I got a Linksys wrt54g wireless router, and I am just using it as a access point. So the d-link is still the DHCP server, and the linksys is acting as a switch/access point. Well, the same thing has happened. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice before bring this thing back to best buy and tell them its defective. linksys sucks.

maybe it is your wireless NIC?? i am assuming that your connection dropping on and off is a wireless one correct? that could be your NIC...
