I am having problems accessing the configuration page in the router. I am able to ping other pc's on the hard wired side of the router but am unable to ping (192.168.1.0) all other pc's have static IP's ranging from 192.168.0.101 to 192.168.0.110. Also if i setup the pc's to abtain the IP auto the router does not lease any numbers to any of the PC's. Please advise if anyone has incountered this problem and the resolution.

I would start by rebooting the router. Simply unplug the power adapter for about 5 - 10 seconds then plug it back in and see if you can't access the configuration in it then. If you can, reset your DHCP.
If that doesn't do the trick you'll likely have to reset it to factory defaults using the reset button.
Also, you should use a different IP address for your router. Something like 192.168.1.254 should do nicely.

192.168.0.0 is not a pingable address!!! your router would be 192.168.0.1, the 0 address is used for somthing different (can't remember what, unless its the broadcast address? someone help out)
