Comment:

i just bought a linksys wireless-b router. it has 4 wired ports and up to 50 or wireless connections. i have one wireless computer(runnning xp pro) connected and two that are connected through port 1(win98) and 2(win2000sp3).

THE PROBLEM IS: the second wired computer (win2000sp3) wont connect the the internet nor the router (via http://192.168.1.1).

the other computers dont seem to have any problems. if i do a ip scan of my network all computers show up as they should so the computer is connected. also when i do try to connect to the router; it identifies itself and prompts for a user name and password; it accepts it, but never connects.
