I have just installed a linksys wireless usb adapter into my desktop pc. Setup went great. Link light is on. The utility says I have a strong signal, but yet I can't get access to the internet. I have a DLink router hooked to a dsl modem. I also have a wireless pci adapter in my laptop which is hooked to netowrk without any problems. Is there anything I am missing or is there anything I can do to further troubleshoot problem. Any help would be appreciated.

ipconfig works with Win2000 or XP..unsure about NT

On Windows 9x you need to use winipcfg by typeing this in start>run

For IPConfig try typing
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

WinIpCfg click on the release and than renew buttons
