Just wondering if I can extend the range of my wireless linksys router system from my house to my office in another building about 300 feet away? Can an external antenna be added?

If you have an external antenna port, you can achieve this. It will be a little screw on adapter looking thing, then connect that to a type N connector on the coaxel cable then to the antenna, put up a 12db flat panel, with clear line of sight and make the connection...
