I have a Linksys BEFSR41 router and am using Pacbell/SBC DSL. For the most part it works good but, it seems like about couple days the DSL connection gets dropped and I have to go back to the router's setup page and re-connect it. It give a message the it can't connect PPoE but right after I clear that message it will connect again. Weird... The router setup page is already configured to "keep alive". Is there a solution for this problem ? My neighbor has the same setup as I and also has the same problem...

Your ISP could have a disconnection time. So if you have been connected more than a couple of days the disconnect you.
I would talk to you ISP because if your neighbour has the same problem then it is probably not a hardware or software problem.
