Is there a way to config my Linksys router to block domains? IE: i want to block all content at the router from doubleclick.net, ads.yahoo.com, x10.com, advertising.com, etc..

No, you can't do this with a linksys router, you need a REAL router to setup an access list or use Microsft ISA server on windows2000 instead of the router or surfcontrol software on a the computer instead of the router.
