Specs: Win 2000 server

In my PC which is loaded with Win 2000 Server OS, I want to set my network Speed to 100Mbps . But when I go To Configure, I did not see any advanced tab so unable to set network speed . Can anybody tell me from where I can do that. Am I missing any drivers?

identify the nic, review the specs and confirm it supports 100mb

It does sound like you need an updated driver for the nic.

The NICs are intel PT cards which supports upto 1Gbps.
When I use the same NICS (MAchine) for windows 2003 or 2008 server, with the same drivers, I do not face any problems to set my link speed to 100mbps. is it a win 2000 server OS limitation?
