My computer currently gives me a limited or no connectivity error. I am connected through a cable modem into a Linksys five port 10/100 work group switch. I have three computers, two operating on windows XP(including the problem computer) and one on Vista. The other two computers work fine using the same connection and CAT 5 cable. I can unplug the connection from one computer w/o the problem and plug it into the problem computer and get the error. Two days ago, the problem existed on the Vista computer and a repairman did something and it started working again. I do not know what he did. I have tried to use the repair connection part of the XP operating system but it did not repair the problem. Any thoughts or suggestions?
