I'm looking for a way to limit people upload on a small network. We are 10 people on a cable internet connection, so when one person doesn't limit their upload, everyone suffers. I would like a way to limit everyones upload, either as a service or a background program, so that the users can't turn it off. Please let me know of any program that could be used, either on each computer or remotely. We are also using a Linksys WRT54GS router, so if its possible to do it in there would be great, havent found anyway yet though. Thank you very much in advance, Matthew
