For Example: I have a DSL internet access 512K, connected to a XP server (Host computer). A computer with Vista (Guest) connected to the Internet through my (Host) computer. How can I limit the maximum internet access speed on LAN for Vista to 256K ? Any Programs?

Outside a server environment or host Linux OS you have an uphill task.
There are tools you can download to monitor the data usage of (Windows based) guest pc's in a networked environment... but I'm not sure how successful you will be with shaping connection speeds.
I hope there are more promising responses.

Seems like "Traffic Shaper Xp" did the job for me. It's freeware & it works perfectly. Used other stuff like NetLimiter Pro 2.0 & SoftPerfect but they are shareware with all those bells & whistles that are not needed for me really. Traffic Shaper Xp does the same job for free :) Thanks for help everyone!
