Lightweight traffic monitor

I'm looking for a free, lightweight traffic monitor to keep track of how much data I transmit/receive from the internet from month-to-month. This is so I don't get any complaints from my ISP for exceeding my upload/download limit.
Note: I do turn my computer off when I'm not using it, so I'm looking for a utility that can log the data to a file.

Stores daily, weekly, monthly and grand totals in a csv files. Also tells you what your daily allowance you have left once you have told it what your monthly allowance is.
However, be aware that like all lightweight traffic monitors, it takes no notice between Internet traffic and LAN traffic if you connect via a LAN. Otherwise its very good.
