ldifde difficulties

i saved the the file newgroup.ldf:

dn: CN=Management,OU=Marketing,DC=djdevlamsrv,DC=local
changeType: add
cn: management
objectClass: group
sAMAccountName: Marketing

when i try to use it in command promt:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>ldifde -i -f newgroup.ldf -s server01
Unable to read the import file newgroup.ldf.
No log files were written. In order to generate a log file, please
specify the log file path via the -j option.


is there an error in the way i creates the ldf file? please tell if u see my mistake...

Not sure I understand if you want to import or export.
