HI, Can someone tell me step by step if you have a couple of minutes, how can I make a network between a latop (xp home) and a pc (xp pro). I already have the ethernet cable, with internet in both computer, but i would like to share some files. Thank you for your time

hi,
you have to use a crossover cable between the two computers. then, make sure they are part of the same workgroup. now you should be able to share files. someone correct me if im wrong.

No correction required. Make sure the firewalls are turned off and you log on to both machines with the same account name and no password so you don't have rights conflicts. Lots of step by step how tos here [look to your left] and on the internet.
