In trying to establish a wireless network between my two home computers using a Bluetooth dongle, the Local Area Connection on my host computer is displaying a "X" across the icon (in Network Connections) with the message "Network cable unplugged". I'm not using any cable to connect these computers so what gives. I have tried everything I can think of to reopen this connection but to no avail. HELP!!

The term "access point" was not mentioned once in the setup instructions.

Do you have a NIC card installed as well, it sounds like your local connection is setup to go out over the NIC and not the Bluetooth device.
