Every time I have a LAN Party with my friends I always have a problem, sometimes I host a game like WarCraft 3 and my friends don’t see my hosted game, but we are able to share files and have communication in our LAN, In Command & Conquer Renegade whenever we try to host a game, it says “no LAN IP” found. If you guys can give us a list of the things we need to setup in our LAN to have successful LAN Party, for we can be able to host games without a problem, Thank you.

Ok, lets start at the beginning. Do you have a DHCP server on your network or are you assigning static IP addresses? I personally suggest static IPs but some would disagree.

I would also make sure you're all in the same workgroup, not a big deal but can help for sharing patches and mods.
