How can I understand if my lan card is 10 or 100 mb/s ???

try to run 'winipcfg' if you're running win 98. it usually shows your ethernet information.

start -> run -> winipcfg

if it says 10/100, it means 10 mb d/l and 100 up/l.

Check Network Card Properties under Device Manager (Property under Adanced tab).
