I just set up a wireless connection at my house. I have the motorola wr850g as the wireless router and a MSI wireless stick.

My connection seems to work at the beginning but after a few moments my connection will be interrupted. After the interruption, it will connect again. and the cycle continues. it is quite annoying if this thing keeps to continue especially when downloading big files or chatting to someone.

can someone help me to establish a stable coonection???

thanks

I had same problem with different hardware. I changed the router settings to use b mode (802.11b)only instead of g and its been really stable since..

Install the latest firmware for wireless router, also install latest wireless adapter's driver, then try again..

At the same time, there are some other factors that can affect the wireless connection, have a look on this article if you like..

Why my wireless network speed is slow

Hope helps...
