Recently, I when start up my computer, I started to get 2 messages that says, access violation at address 004074CD in module 'WMP54GSv1_1.exe'. Read of address 00000368. Both message say Linksys Wireless Network Monitor in the pop up window. I have been using this wireless card and modem for over a year now and never had this problem. When I click ok to both messages, I make connectivity. The message is more of a nuisance. However, if I walk away from the desktop the messages are there waiting for me to click ok. Once I click ok, then Linksys starts to make connectivity, and I need to wait a few seconds. Can anyone tell me what the fix is for this?

Sounds to me like a driver issue. See if you can get a driver update for the network card.
