ISP-provided Netgear wireless Router Access

Specs: Windows 7
comcast provided netgear wnr1000-2 router that works but i can not get the netgear ip addresses of 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1 or 192.168.1.3 to display. comcast tech support only responded with take it back to your local comcast store. i have tried the reset and power reset the router to no avail.

any suggestions?

What makes you say it works?

Do you get onto the Internet.

When you reset the router, reboot the computer.

Go to a command prompt and type ipconfig /all

Look under Default Gateway. That is the address you should be entering.
