ISP uses Windows ICS default IP -

Specs: Windows XP
Is there a way to change WINXP ICS default so my network PC can also access internet? I tried manually changing to 192 168 11 and other PCs see each other but not host PC & can't access internet even though ICS is activated. Any ideas? (Sat ISP uses ethernet) My previous sat ISP didn't have an issue so apparently they didn't use Win default. Thanks, Alan
