I have a win95 computer connected to a microsoft client network . I'm trying to install a program from the network server on this computer , what happends is it runs the installation wizared and then gives a network error message with Skip, Abort ,Retry nothing happends with skip and retry so i have to choose abort to stop the installation . The computer can browse the network with no problems , which i think means the NIC card is ok , this computer is in a building several meters from the original building where my server is . connected through a hub in it's building which is then connected to the main hum in the main building.
I don't know what the problem is ?? is it a network problem ? which part of the network ?How do i tell ?

Thanks

If you have enough disk space in your win 95 machine, copy all of installation files to you machine and try local installation.
Then you will know where the problem is.
