I wanna make a network entironment. Every account have a especially speed of network. It's hard be done by router. So I wanna make these by win2k or other OS which have the setting of account. if you have another way to make control on connection by account, show me please.thank alot

I'm not sure I understand your question.

I gather that speed is necessary and you have different computers that need to be able to work on the network with lots of data while not slowing things down.

If this is the case, then divide your network into segements. Assign users to differnt groups with differnt rights and permissions.

Use only high quality network cards and managed switches. These switches, while more expensive, will give you the ability to control network traffic better than a standard switch.

Win2K is reliable and for what it does makes fairly good use of resources.
