I hope you can give me some advice..is it a good deal for gaming router?

Wireless sucks for gaming...........period.
If you're an avid gamer, stick to a hardwired connection. You'll be glad you did.
I'm an avid gamer and a network technician by trade. I belong to a group of gamers who own our own server. Several of our members were having issues gaming and when I asked them if they were using wireless the answer was "yes". I had them disable the wireless NIC and use a hardwired connection.
Not a one of them has gone back to wireless.
As far as what I'm using. Presently I'm using a 2wire combo modem/router/AP unit as provided by my ISP when I upgraded to the 3 Mbps ADSL package. Prior to that, I was using a D-Link DI604.
I've had no issues with either.
It doesn't matter so much which router you use since most SOHO routers these days offer 100 Mbps bandwidth minimum. Your ISP will provide anywhere from 1.5 to 10 Mbps bandwidth depending on what packages they have available. The point being, your router will be able to handle a lot higher bandwidth than you're likely to ever get from your provider.
