How do i setup an ipx network on windows xp pro so i can play multiplayer lan game at home?

Go into the properties for the NIC you wish to add them too and install the IPX/SPX protocol stack.

CONTROL PANEL
NETWORK CONNECTIONS
RIGHT CLICK LOCAL AREA NETWORK
PROPERTIES
INSTALL
HIGHLIGHT PROTOCOL
ADD
CHOOSE IPX/SX

Actually this is in the HELP section on the start menu.....
