Specs: Windows XP
I can not get my laptop and Ipod touch to connect to the router. If they are unsecure then they work but I want them secure. If I secure my router with WPA/WPA2 then only the laptop works. Please help.

Thank you so much for the answers. I really thought that I was going to get the Ipod to connect. But it failed me. Can you think of anything else? I really do thank you for your help.

In your settings verify the following match the router exactly.
SSID , wpa encryption key . Also make sure in the router you haven't restricted devices via a mac access list , if so you have to add the mac address for the ipod into the router access list . If all else fails then default the network settings on the ipod and start over . Just went thru this yesterday with my sons new ipod except I set it up for WEP . I am well aware of WEPs limitations but my wife has an old "B" card that only supports WEP so until that gets replaced can't move to WPA . Yes my son is on the web via WEP and a locked down mac access list and it seems to work pretty good though it did take me like an hour to get it to work right.
