ipconfig/all not showing DNS server

So, I'm connected to the internet but I'm trying to set up a static IP for this machine. When I go to check my DNS servers in cmd (Comcast is my ISP, btw) by typing ipconfig /all it doesn't show the DNS servers. Occasionally, it will list my default gateway (192.168.1.1) as my DNS servers, but that isn't true.
Summary: I did ipconfig/all and two DNS Server addresses came up, and I can also get to the admin page for the router, so now I am really not sure what the problem is. This is roughly what comes up in ipconfig...
