IP-cam over Dlink router connect over Hamachi

hi to all, I like to have a IP camera connected via Hamachi network.Port forwarding is not possible because using SMART BRO in the Philippines and this is a wireless Internet with antenna and it is shared to more users, IP seams to be allways the same but port forwarding or virtual server does not work which was working before on a dsl network. The only virtual network works now is Hamachi, I can acces my home pc via Hamachi from anywhere but I can not see my IP cam from outside. Only if the cam is wired directly to my router. Please I need urgent help on this, using my IP-Cam for Security observation. Again everthing was working before on a dsl Internet with the same router and IP cam, now we move to a new house where the only network possible is this Smart-Bro. Thanks in advance to all. Carlos143
