Solved iPad 3 not asking for SSID password on my wireless network

Specs: N/A
I have a ipad 3 it was working fine via WiFi, I set up a password with my D-link wireless router now I can't connect to the WiFi. All my other devices work fine and ask for the password but this ipad does not ask for a password on my network. If I try to log into someone else's network it ask for a password. Though my wifi link is available but whenever I try to connect it does not ask for the new password and also does not connect.

I don't use i-anything so I have no idea how their menus work, but try this - find your wifi network on the network list, click on it, select connect, & then enter the password.

Tell the ipad to forget the particular WiFi, then it will rescan for available Wifi and it will show up again. this time when you go to connect it will be looking at the location as a new connection so it will ask for the key to log on. This is not unusual for these devices but is is simple to get around.
The salespeople at work use iPad 2's so I am always being asked to get them to connect again. If that fails, tell it to forget it again and then restart the iPad.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
