IP Printing batch file

OS: windows 2000 server
CPU/Ram: 2.83gig 1 gig

I have this batch file that works with printers that are on my server, but it does not work with my IP printers. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
rem /y makes printer default

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /in /n \\ANA1S001\ANA1P001
rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /in /n \\ANA1S001\ANA1P001 /y

Just got a new T1 line installed. Got 15 pc's on the domain, Server running DHCP, disabled DHCP on Netopia router. How do I setup server to access internet through Netopia router. Router has a public
