I have seen software that allows you to trace some1s ip address to see wot HOPS it goes through. however, does any1 know of a software/DOS command that actually traces the physical location, such as to street or to city name?

"such as to street or to city name?"

An IP address is a logical identity. It is only tied to an owner. The location of the server indentified by the IP address can change in a matter of seconds through configuration.
