I have a wireless internet connection. If i reboot my pc, when windows starts up it tells me that there is an ip address conflict with another system on the machine. Everytime this machine reboots i have to go outside and reset my wireless box then it allows me to reconnect to the net. I have changed my wireless box outside, i have changed my network card and cables, i have formatted this machine and still have the same problem. When i formatted the machine and re-installed windows it told me already that there is an ip address conflict. Any help with this is greatly appreciated as i have to do this at least twice a day.

Are you using static IP or is the wireless router set up as DHCP server?

An IP conflict normally indicates that there are at least two PCs with the same IP address. Although not likely, is it possible that you may be tying into someone else's wireless network (e.g., a neighbor's) and having an IP conflict with a PC on that system?

Thanks for the response guys. I am using static IP. Also when i put the network cable into my laptop with the same ip and dns then it also tells me that there is an ip conflict.

"using static ip" and what address are you using? Why aren't you set to dhcp?
Give a person a fish, they eat for a day. Suggest they internet search and they learn a skill for a lifetime.

Yes, you should be using DHCP. That will eliminate IP conflicts because the router will manage your addressing.
